NannyFinders is the best of the internet nanny search services that i used. not only was it user friendly, but a great value as well. The best part is that the candidates on the site were all genuinely in the job market and current, unfortunately this is not something you can take for granted with other agency and internet based search services. When I was looking for a nanny for my three girls, NannyFinders was suggested from two separate sources. Their strength, I was told, was in matching families with their individual needs and temperaments with nannies whom were thoroughly screened. We were accustomed to consistent childcare after almost six years with the same person and for two working parents, safe supervision and warmth for our children was essential. NannyFinders as promised, provided us with a lot of information for the appropriate nannies. Their responsiveness and patience has been consistent in the past four years we hired.
